- If you use a parallel interface to connect your computer with the printer, make sure both the devices are switched off.
- Unplug the USB cable from the printer; for interface connector first, release the wire clip on both sides of the interface connector and unplug the cable by pushing it outside.
- Load the paper into a paper tray make sure the paper is clear and loaded appropriately.
- Press down the paper button on your printer and then press the power button simultaneously to switch on your printer. Now release the power button. When your printer indicates to turn on, release the paper button.
- Now run your printer to print a page check for the error.
